Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced HVAC installer or service technician. The opening can be catered to either new install or service work depending on what the candidate is skilled at or prefers to do. Experience with geothermal HVAC is not required as it constitutes only about 15% of the job.

ResponsibilitiesInstall new HVAC units in residential and commercial settingsPerform troubleshooting and repair services on existing HVAC systemsConduct regular maintenance and service work on HVAC unitsCollaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsAdhere to safety protocols and standards during all installations and service callsEssential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, with a strong preference for 5-10+ years of experienceProficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systemsExperience with installation of HVAC unitsBasic understanding of geothermal HVAC (training will be provided if necessary)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdditional Skills & QualificationsHVAC certification or relevant technical trainingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Work primarily in the field performing installation and service work on new and existing HVAC units. The role involves hands-on tasks and requires adherence to safety standards. Dress code is typically casual, appropriate for fieldwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
