**Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including refrigeration units. + Read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. + Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. + Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, coils, and other HVAC components. + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. + Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. + Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients to address their HVAC needs. **Essential Skills** + EPA certification is mandatory. + Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician, with a focus on refrigeration. + In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. + Ability to read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and technical manuals. + Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00/yr.
