In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive tests on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:  Lead and manage all phases of HVAC system testing, collaborating with various departments to initiate and evaluate units and systems.Review design drawings, bills of materials, and checklists, and load necessary PLC or VFD programs prior to system startup.Inspect and document all components and their installations before powering up the units.Conduct and record essential checks after energizing equipment, including motor rotation, belt and alignment, refrigerant charge, and control sequences. Qualifications and Requirements: Willingness to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule as needed.Valid Texas HVAC Technician Registration required.TWIC card and Basic Plus certification are preferred.Must hold a Universal EPA Certification.Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams for effective troubleshooting and error identification.  Benefits and Perks: Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.Participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions to help secure your financial future.Enjoy generous vacation days, sick leave, and paid holidays for a healthy work-life balance. Your New Organization: leading provider of HVAC solutions, specializing in innovative climate control systems for various commercial and industrial applications.
