Position Summary

As an HVAC Trainee for Samsung, you will be responsible for assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, providing in-depth knowledge for products and services.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HVAC engineers on technical solutionsStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesPrepare reports and presentations for new products/servicesAssist with customer inquiries, offers, sales and technical support.Review/translation in local language for catalogues, campaigns, products and services

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

Student or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related fieldGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenA passion for technology and eagerness to learn new conceptsAbility to work well in a team environmentFamiliarity with MS officeA positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situationsWilling to commute to the office location 3 days/week ( Boulevard "Tsarigradsko shose" 115и - The Mall)
