HVAC Warehouse Manager

We build, renovate, and upgrade, as well as service, maintain, and operate facilities for a full spectrum of clients. **Job Title:** HVAC Warehouse Logistics Manager **Job Summary:** Tucker Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the HVAC Warehouse Logistics Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistic operations of Tucker Mechanical. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Receive daily shipments, process inventory through the Service Management software + Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies + Inventory of parts, material, and equipment designated for HVAC projects, repairs and maintenance services + Create daily/weekly/monthly delivery schedule based on customer needs and departmental demand + Coordinate transfers between Rocky Hill Office and Plainville Distribution Center + Process parts warranties and returns with vendors and manufactures + Assist warehouse driver with deliveries as required + Coordinate and schedule all job deliveries with the Driver, Management and Field team employees + Update notes in Service Management System (COINS) + Ordering and inventory control of Preventative Maintenance materials + Assist with the ordering of tools for new hires and/or new tool requirements + Refrigerant management, coordination, storage, inventory control, etc + Maintain, track, and secure tool inventory + Maintain, track, and assist with Cintas Uniform Program for entire field team + Shipping/receiving of parts, materials, equipment, etc. + Initiate and coordinate the return of unused parts and equipment to vendors + Create and pick tool lists for delivery to various job sites + Organizing tools and equipment, including safety equipment + Perform general warehouse duties + General cleanup of the warehouse area + Assisting in loading and unloading trucks with tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner + Maintain a safe and clean work environment **Qualifications:** + Commitment to safety + Clean Driving Record + HVAC industry background preferable + Proficient in the Microsoft platform (Outlook, Excel, Word. etc) + DOT Medical Card + EPA Refrigerant Certification preferable + Geographical aptitude + Excellent communication and team building skills + Ability to multitask + Team oriented + Highly organized + English language reading and writing proficiency + Punctual + Ability to lift heavy objects + Neat and professional appearance + Positive attitude + Must demonstrate commitment to company values **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
