Ferguson is on the lookout for an HVAC Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team and take charge of filing and managing HVAC warranty claims. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch support to customers and associates.
About the Role: As an HVAC Claims Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing HVAC warranty claims from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include processing claims, issuing customer credits, and providing support to both customers and HVAC contractors. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure claims are handled efficiently and effectively, all while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management: Entering and processing HVAC warranty claims for various vendors, ensuring timely issuance of customer credits.Communication: Engaging with customers and associates via email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues with high-quality, clear communication.Support: Offering expert HVAC warranty support and problem-solving assistance to ensure smooth claim resolution.Growth: Managing and adapting to increasing claim volumes while maintaining efficiency.System Utilization: Navigating and utilizing the Ferguson computer system and case management applications to handle claims effectively.Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Professionalism and integrity in all interactions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
