We are seeking a candidate who can guide the Hardware I&D Committee in driving organization-wide impact.DescriptionDescriptionIn this role you will develop and implement a global strategy for recruitment, retention and development to advance I&D goals while leading the Hardware Technologies I&D Committee in driving strategies. You’ll establish communication plans to measure progress and incorporate insights from hardware and its business functions, and grassroots I&D research to shape initiatives. Developing educational content to enhance internal awareness and establishing a Community of Practice will further embed I&D efforts. You’ll be partnering with cross-functional leaders and R&D teams to share best practices, design strategies, and implement I&D initiatives across all organizational levels. In collaboration with People Business Partners you’ll analyze I&D data to create and track action plans and drive engagement through LoB partners. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $234,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
