Job Duties
Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all administrative workThoroughly assess job requests and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task life cycle.Perform work in administrative support, including, but not limited to, answering phone line, providing customer service, editing documents for communications/memos/presentations, data entry for expense/time/other, creating reservations/scheduling (Meetings, conference rooms, A/V, hospitality, travel, concierge), content/asset management, records or other research, high volume mail supportUse established procedures, standards, and formats to complete administrative requests to client satisfactionCommunicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concernsMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clientsTroubleshoot basic software or hardware problemsHelp to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the clientPerform quality assurance on work of others, as requestedAdhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policiesUse equipment and supplies in a cost efficient mannerJob Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum (1) year administrative support experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environmentSkilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skillsFamiliar with other software programs for providing administrative supportStrong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have good organizational skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely mannerAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationAble to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policyGood problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory levelAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingDemonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsMust be self-motivated with a positive attitudeProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsWho we are: In a rapidly changing world, the ability to innovate and break new ground drives progress.
