HYBRID BDC Agent- Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette

Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette, a Tom Wood Powersports business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales by engaging potential customers through various communication channels, responding promptly to online leads, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Schedule: 

Hybrid role: Remote work 3 days per week, Onsite work 2 days per weekSchedule: Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM 

Salary: $20 per hour, plus potential bonus based on appointments made and units sold through appointments 

Responsibilities: 

Respond to all online leads within 30 minutes during business hours.Provide professional and engaging responses, including pictures, inventory links, videos, and compelling calls to action.Communicate effectively via phone, email, and social media to convert leads into showroom visits and sales.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay up to date with product knowledge and dealership promotions to provide accurate information to potential buyers.Assist in developing and executing lead nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement.Maintain professionalism in all communications, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications: 

Prior experience in a BDC, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable spending extended hours working on a computer and digital platforms.A passion for powersports and familiarity with motorcycles is a plus!
