Job Description

We are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Philadelphia. This individual will play a key role in the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment.Use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the planning and design of projects.Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.Maintain familiarity with current local, state, and federal land use permitting.Essential SkillsBS in Civil EngineeringEIT Certification4+ years of experience in site design, site planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, and soil erosionProficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3DAdditional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with current local, state, and federal land use permitting is a plusWork Environment

This is a hybrid work environment, starting with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. After a few months, the schedule will shift to 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The office in Philadelphia has 90 employees. Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO (with comp time available), free lunch every Wednesday, free breakfast every Thursday, and a $500 home office stipend.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $92500.00/yr.
