Distribution Programs Manager

Responsibilities

Development and support of global Sales Programs for HPE Distributors, its deployment in the GEOs and follow-up on their execution.Accountable for increasing partner’s breadth through new activation of SBP Partner (Silver-Business-Proximity) and growing our Share-of-Wallet in our top HPE’s Distributors for specific offerings of HPE Hybrid Cloud business.Leads strategic relationships and drives business with HPE WW Distributor internal team, HPE GEOs Distributors Business Managers (DBMs) and HPE HPE’s Distributors.Aligns and steers Distributors teams with HPE Hybrid Cloud specific segments strategy, influences and drives relevant focus on HPE transactional and value solutionsPresenter in internal and external events.Monitors sales performance to materialize business growth, providing regular executive reports on sales programs results and business state.Ensures HPE Distributor community is aware of and takes full advantage of all his HPE programsDeep understanding of the category product, and distribution sales challenges and strategies.Actively contributes to the definition of the overall Channel Activation Plan.Establishes relationships and represents team with DBMs, Channel Managers and Champions of our Top Distributors.Lead engagement partnership with Alliances and marketing agencies for those sales distributors’ programs.

Knowledge and Skills:

Sales programs planning skills, multidimensional.Broad business knowledge of product marketing, sales support and selling.Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.IT industry knowledgeKnowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product and program value proposition to internal stakeholders and distributors.Demonstrated project management skillsEnglish is a must (advanced level)
