Who We Are:
The Hybrid Cloud Solutions team is part of the Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement organization. As a solution workload team, the charter involves defining, building, testing, documenting, and delivering comprehensive application worklod enablement materials, including papers, presentations, and training. These resources are designed to empower sales, presales, and partners with the knowledge and tools needed to drive success with hybrid cloud products and solutions.
Impact of the Role:
This position supports the Hybrid Cloud Solutions team by building a comprehensive AI-powered repository of solutions content, empowering team members and field representatives to access information quickly and efficiently. The efforts directly contribute to the team’s mission to innovate and drive business success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect and organize existing solutions collateral from various team members. Upload and structure this content within HPE Chat to build a user-friendly AI repository.
- Leverage the AI repository to create new, impactful content that addresses field team needs and accelerates their ability to deliver solutions and provide guidance through videos and documents on how to use the tool.
AI-Driven Innovation: Use the HPE Chat tool to enhance the accessibility and relevance of solutions content. Apply insights to improve existing materials and develop new ones.
Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Product Managers to ensure content alignment with strategic goals and identify opportunities to address information gaps.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of the content managed and created, ensuring progress and outcomes can be effectively measured.
