Junior Hybrid Cloud Support Engineer

You will interact with high-profile industry clients on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year IT experience and exposure or an interest in cloud technologies (especially Azure and AWS).

DUTIES:

Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client baseResponding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries or complaints.You will be troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of SME IT systemsYou will have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframesWork on cases remotely via phone, email and InternetHardware, software, desktop, network and infrastructure supportTake ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.Ability to work in a structured manner predominantly, and when required be reactive (all hands to the pump during major incidents)Ensuring SLA’s are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.Application troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

1 year experience providing IT Support in an enterprise environment1 year experience working with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Server, AzureFormal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous but not a deal breakerITIL foundation certificationFluent English
