Hybrid Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Hybrid Customer Service Representative

ResponsibilitiesMaintain timely and effective communication with internal staff, Independent Contractors (ICs), and pickup/delivery contacts via email and telephone. Execute and manage customer-vehicle relocation service orders, ensuring accurate data input and tracking in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of vehicles between drivers, customers, and external field offices, ensuring smooth operations. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, field offices, co-workers, and vendors to provide exceptional customer service. Ensure high accuracy in preparing and documenting information, and follow standard processes to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications MUST have own equipment (NO iPad, Chromebook, Tablet)6+ months of data entry and customer service experienceComfortability operating in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRMs and Excel Spreadsheets for tracking dataProficiency in typing 35+ WPM
Work Environment

The role requires working Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, in a hybrid setup with 2 days onsite in Gainesville, VA (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remote.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
