Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Florida Pharmacy Technician to join our team as an data entry technician. The ideal candidate will accurately interpret and enter prescription information into the processing system and dose appropriately.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare prescription orders in a timely manner.Efficiently enter prescription orders into the pharmacy processing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.Verify prescription dosage and call providers if necessary for clarificationFollow and aid in the enforcement of all company policies and procedures.Assist with inventory when it is assigned.Essential SkillsRegistered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Florida.Data entry experience.Proficiency in prescription interpretation.Knowledge of pharmacy calculations and dosing.Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience.Strong communication skills.High School Diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsNational certification (CPhT) preferred.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
