Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients of all ages and genders at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). + Manage a daily patient volume of 10-14 patients. + Utilize the EMR system, Qualifacts Credible, for documentation and patient management. + Collaborate with a full support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Required Certifications: + Active State License (Oregon) + Basic Life Support (BLS) + Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP. + Must have adult experience. + Clean background check. + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. + Must have an active Oregon license; no pending licenses accepted. Onboarding and Orientation: + Credentialing process takes 4 to 6 weeks. + Orientation includes 2 weeks of shadowing with an associate. + EMR training provided.
