Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend or be offered a permanent position
Schedule: Monday-Friday Hybrid Schedule (must be on-site at least 2 days a week, preferably 3). Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients of all ages and genders at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Manage a daily patient volume of 10-14 patients. Utilize the EMR system, Qualifacts Credible, for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with a full support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Required Certifications: Active State License (Oregon) Basic Life Support (BLS) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP. Must have adult experience. Clean background check. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must have an active Oregon license; no pending licenses accepted. Onboarding and Orientation: Credentialing process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Orientation includes 2 weeks of shadowing with an associate. EMR training provided.
