Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Hybrid** **Project Manager** position located in Chicago, IL 60181 zip code. ****MUST LIVE IN CHICAGO, IL** **Shift: Monday – Friday 9am flexible start time (M/F Remote & Tues – Thurs onsite)** **Pay Rate: $** **65.00/HR** **Job Duties:** + A Project Manager Mid is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. + They oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. + Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. + Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met. + Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks. + Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status. + Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. + Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. + Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners. + Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress. + Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. + Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes. + Project Managers Mid should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + They should also be proficient in project management software and tools. + PMP Required for all Project Management roles. **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:** + We strongly prefer Project Managers with experience in the utility or public infrastructure industry (electric preferred). + Must have experience in working with roadway & bridge reconstruction projects, or sewer, storm, or water main construction, improvements. + Engineering or construction experience is a huge plus. + A candidate with some PM experience but has engineering or construction experience in the utility/infrastructure industry will be highly considered. + They will manage the full life cycle of an electric utility project only. + Financial understanding- (building budget, scheduling, and financial forecasting) + Engineering background (electrical) **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree (Preferably Engineering/Construction Management/ Project Management) + PMP certification + Minimum 4 yrs experience + Microsoft project + Power BI + Smartsheet's + CAD + Primavera (preferred) **Apply Today** to be considered for this **Hybrid** **Project Manager** job and any other positions with Adecco **.** **Pay Details:** $65.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
