The Social Worker on the team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate care, provide psychoeducation, meet with clients and caregivers to further treatment goals. As the Social Worker you will be responsible for ensuring that all parties are working together toward stability for the child and family by functioning as the team clinical leader for your respective caseload and providing behavioral interventions as needed.
ABOUT WRAPAROUND
The Solano Wraparound Program serves Solano County children and adolescents between 5 - 17 years of age in the Child Welfare, Probation and Mental Health systems that are transitioning from or are at risk of going to out of home care or juvenile hall. The Wraparound approach focuses on supporting children by enhancing natural resources within their families and communities so that they can live in the least restrictive, most family-like setting possible. Services are primarily held in the community: in families’ homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc.

Responsibilities Facilitate Child and Family team meetings that maintain compliance to Katie A subclass spsychoeducatione Core Practice ModelCultivate and maintain engagement and alignment with community members, county partners and other providersProvide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriateWork with Wraparound team members to build connections for familyChart mental health notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely mannerParticipate in 24 hours on call support line systemParticipate in individual and/or group supervision QualificationsREQUIRED
Master’s degree in Social Work/Psychology/CounselingRegistered with California BBS as: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or fully licensedBe part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of timeMust be at least 21 years of ageValid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policyTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsProof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinationPREFERRED
Bilingual Spanish skill setExperience working with children in out-of-home careAbility to work as a team player, with diverse population and demonstrates cultural competencySKILLS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
