We are seeking a proactive Hybrid Solutions Channel Sales Specialist to strengthen and expand our partnerships within the channel ecosystem in Belgium. This role focuses on driving growth through channel partners while promoting HPE’s hybrid solutions, including GreenLake.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, enabling them to deliver HPE hybrid solutions effectively.As-a-Service Promotion: Advocate for and drive adoption of HPE GreenLake and as-a-service solutions within the channel.Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed in selling hybrid solutions.Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, meeting and exceeding sales targets.Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, partner needs, and competitor activity to strengthen HPE’s channel strategy.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align partner efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.Team Player: Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

As-a-Service Expertise: Experience with as-a-service models; HPE GreenLake experience is highly preferred.Channel Sales Experience: Proven success working with and through channel partners.Sales Background: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or hybrid solutions.Languages: Proficiency in Dutch or French, and strong fluency in English (spoken and written).Sales Mindset: Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.Team-Oriented Approach: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
