Responsibilities:

Determine client requirements and direct a team of talented professionalsLead client meetings and presentationsDevelop building and planning solutions from the beginning to the end of a projectManage several projects at a time and have an abundance of client interactionOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar5+ years of experience in coordinating architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designers in the preparation of drawings and specifications for concrete and steel buildingsProfessional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer licensure required - Architect licensure is also possible qualifying experience for this rolePlanning and Building design experienceExperience successfully managing multiple concurrent projectsWillingness to travel throughout the Rocky Mountain and Desert Southwest RegionParking design experience preferredConcrete design experience preferredPost-tensioned concrete design experience preferredProject management experience preferredExperience reviewing contracts preferredAbout Actalent
