Hybridoma Scientist

 

My biotech client is expanding!  The ideal candidate will take on the following:

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

1.    Lead antibody discovery initiatives using hybridoma and B cell cloning platforms. 2.    Design immunogens, develop immunization strategies, and manage candidate evaluation. 3.    Direct project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 4.    Perform IgG amplification from FACS-purified single B cells. 5.    Advance antibody discovery technologies and establish strategic collaborations. 6.    Manage technical challenges and resource allocation across multiple projects.

 

Required Qualifications

 

PhD with 2+ years (or MS with 4+ years) of industry, academic, or government lab experience. Strong project leadership capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic antibody development workflow.

 

 

Experience

 

Hybridoma development and B cell technologies. FACS and flow cytometry. Immunization strategies and biomolecule characterization. ELISA, cell culture, and immunoassays. High-throughput automation systems. Laboratory experience with hybridoma technology and antibody discovery.
