Hydraulic Assembler
**Job Title: Hydraulic Assembler** **Job Description** This position involves assembling and installing components and subassemblies onto equipment being manufactured. You will use a variety of methods and techniques such as drilling, tapping, punching, machining, wiring, plumbing (hard line and hose), and testing of the equipment according to design specifications. You will be solely responsible for testing and ensuring quality installation of hydraulic systems and coordination of the system for a working unit. **Responsibilities** + Review Job Master Work Authorizations, Drawings, Notes, and Change Orders to ensure work complies with specifications. + Coordinate work in progress with other personnel, including incoming personnel during shift changes. + Work with heavy equipment and perform mechanical assembly using power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Troubleshoot hydraulic systems. + Maintain high-quality standards in a rapid-paced environment. + Manage tools effectively and handle exposure to hydraulic oils. + Climb, stoop, and work at heights while harnessed. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + **Hydraulics experience in a manufacturing environment.** + Three years of practical experience in the assembly of heavy machinery or related disciplines. + Ability to perform technical tasks using tools for equipment assembly. + Ability to read, interpret, and follow drawings and blueprints. + Ability to perform calculations and solve practical problems related to the assembly of heavy equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the layout, termination, and connection of wiring and plumbing. + Experience in the layout and installation of mechanical equipment. + Ability to perform operational testing and repair modifications if required. + Adaptability to work in a flexible environment while interacting with other disciplines (engineering, fabrication, stores, etc.). **Why Work Here?** In addition to excellent career growth opportunities, we offer a wide array of benefits including bonus potential, life, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401(k) with matching contributions. **Work Environment** Work in a large production environment of heavy equipment. + **SHIFT: Friday-Sunday, 5am-5:30pm.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
