Job Description
Provide routine electrical, hydraulic assembly, testing, maintenance, and fabrication on pumps and motors. This role involves tearing down, building, and repairing hydraulic pumps and motors using hand and power tools while following step-by-step manual instructions at a bench. Initially, you will learn to do tear downs and, once comfortable, will shift to building, testing, and repairing the motors or pumps. This position focuses solely on pumps and motors, with no valve or cylinder work involved.

Work Environment
The work environment includes working alongside 2 technicians at the CR location, with a total of about 10-12 employees including shipping and receiving staff. The facility is generally clean, though working with hydraulic fluid means you can expect to get dirty. The hours are 8am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime before or after shifts and on Saturdays. Candidates typically average 45-50 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
