Summary Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Hydro Repairperson. Duty Location: Leadville, Colorado For living conditions go to: https://www.usbr.gov/gp/employment/living\_conditions.pdf Responsibilities -Performs inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and structures associated with Leadville Mine Drainage Water Treatment Plant and related facilities. -Cleans, lubricates, and checks the mechanical operation of the turbines, governors, and auxiliary equipment, including air compressors, water pumps, ventilating fans, oil pumps, and other powerplant equipment. -Assists other journeyman crafts with maintenance and performing switching and clearance procedures associated with Leadville Mine Drainage Water Treatment Plant and related facilities. -Performs routine inspections of the mechanical and electrical equipment and reports unsatisfactory operation and unusual operating conditions or data to treatment plant supervisor. -Performs non-specialized work in different trade occupations such as carpentry, pest control, rough concrete, minor plumbing, rough welding, or painting.
