We are seeking an experienced environmental consultant with a strong background in remediation, hydrogeology, and environmental engineering to lead impactful projects from investigation to cleanup. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead & execute environmental site investigations – remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
✔ Develop and implement remediation strategies – remedial action plans, groundwater monitoring reports, and site assessments.
✔ Manage project resources – oversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and technical teams.
✔ Conduct fieldwork – soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, well installation, drilling oversight, and hydrologic modeling.
✔ Analyze hydrogeologic conditions – assess contaminant impacts and develop data-driven remediation plans.
✔ Prepare high-quality technical reports – ensure regulatory compliance and provide business development support.
What You Bring
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology (Master’s preferred).
✅ Experience: 8+ years in environmental consulting, including full project lifecycle from site characterization to remediation.
✅ Technical Expertise in:
Remedial system design & implementationGroundwater monitoring & site assessmentsHydrogeologic data interpretation & conceptual site model (CSM) developmentRegulatory compliance (CERCLA, RCRA, state & federal guidelines)✅ Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project (GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D are a plus!)
✅ Certifications (Preferred):
Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) in CaliforniaPMP certification (preferred but not required)✅ Additional Requirements:
