About this opportunity

Enterprise IT is a function hosted in Group Function Global Operations with the aim to shape and execute our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. Enterprise Automation platforms is a key enabler in driving radical transformation and Enterprise IT continues to build up best in class platforms in this area to enable business transformation. 
 
We are now looking for Hyper Automation Enablement Lead for executing the vision and direction to enable the Enterprise IT to achieve strategic technology and business objectives through Hyper Automation initiatives.  

 

This role is key to the Enterprise Automation Platforms unit and should work in collaboration with other Product areas and enablement functions within EIT. 
 
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in managing large transformation initiatives in matrix organization leveraging Cloud, Integration, Analytics, Automation & AI capabilities.


What you will do

This role will be responsible for Enabling/tracking Enterprise IT Hyper Automation Transformation Roadmap.Collaborate with internal stakeholders/partners to identify the scope, boundaries for IT transformation/cost optimization.Establish and track key metrics for monitoring performance/efficiency of identified transformation initiativesProvide advice on best practices and approaches to technology teams and internal business stakeholdersFacilitate/Lead critical discussions across different lines, addressing issues and providing optimal solutions.Assess risks associated with transformation initiatives, develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with transformation stream owners, and provide guidance to mitigate potential issues or roadblocks.Collaborate cross areas with business stakeholders, IT colleagues and partners to ensure transformation scope deliverablesCommunication and engagement to ensure successful hyper automation enablement centre adoption.Provide Hyper Automation enablement updates, Transformation workstreams updates and outcomes to EIT leadership and other key stakeholdersStay up to date with emerging technology trends, industry best practices, and advancements in IT transformation methodologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance IT/business efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

10+ years of experience required: Expert in leading and directing IT transformations delivery. Previous experience managing matrixed vendor relationships and holding vendors accountable for outcomesProven track record of successfully delivering results in a highly matrixed role, working to influence and align cross-functional teams with competing priorities.Skilful at navigating ambiguity. Thrives in fast-paced environment.Analytical skills and being able to interact with senior leaders across Technology and BusinessExcellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all levels

IT processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge. Agile mindset and ways of working

Flexibility of work: We target 60% attendance at office.
