JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the design and implementation of process instrumentation and control systems
* Responsible for designs that provide the most reliable and cost-effective instrument and control systems
* Support process designers in developing process design specifications, develops operating and training manuals
* Write purchase and construction specifications, write and perform Factory Acceptance Tests
* Perform audits of instrumentation installations and process control loops

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering
* Instrumentation and Controls experience
* Direct experience in a refinery, chemical and/or manufacturing industry
* Demonstrated knowledge of the distributed control systems such as Honeywell DCS hardware
* Demonstrated knowledge of PLC's.
* Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects)
