SUMMARY OF JOB To provide hands-on nursing support and coordinate service and operations related to the health and wellness of individuals that reside in our licensed 6400 facilities. Provide training, education, and oversight on health-related topics to the direct support professionals (non-medical staff). The ID Program integrates health care with other supports and leverages Redeemer Health’s expertise to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) Five years plus working with individuals with intellectual disabilities Certified PA Department of Human Services Medication Administration Trainer preferred Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems. Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills Must have a valid PA drivers license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
