In this role, you will be responsible for Instrument and Electrical equipment in the Anone, Capro, Hydrox, Ammonia and Poly plants. This position is responsible for performing daily tasks as part of a team to ensure safe, productive, reliable, and cost-efficient maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. In addition, this position provides field level support for reliability efforts, innovation, and continuous improvement. **As a I/E Technician Sr, you will...** + Perform routine maintenance, installation, and integration of various types of process control instrumentation equipment + Make repairs to electrical power, motor, and motor control circuits. Develop, prepare, and present recommendations and reports as requested + Repair signal transmission facilities such as tubing, wiring, etc. + Install new control circuits, modify existing instrument/electrical systems as requested, to include design, load, and Implementation of new control logic + Work with outside vendors to troubleshoot various equipment + Be an active member that participates in craft level feedback – i.e., visual board updates, provides support for the reliability effort, participates in RCFA, identifies potential bad actors and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. **If you have...** **Required** : Minimum 2 yr I/E degree and 2 or more years I/E experience, or in lieu of Instrumentation degree, 5+ years industrial instrumentation and electrical experience. **Preferred** : 5+ years I/E field experience in the industrial electrical and instrumentation field + Your unwavering commitment to practice safety and housekeeping in the performance of job duties and participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Leveraging your education in instrumentation and electrical to troubleshoot and repair I/E tasks and execute those tasks in a quality manner to avoid rework + Your dedication to detail all documented work repair history and complete job feedback forms, and your ability to communicate with supervision and planner to provide feedback on quality of job plans, detail and accuracy and the creation of task list. Also, to perform the required tasks in SAP to document actual time spent, Change work orders status codes to applicable status (RCLS, RTRN or INPL) + Be an active member that participates in craft level feedback – i.e., visual board updates, provides support for the reliability effort, participates in RCFA , identifies potential bad actors and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
