Job Duties:

Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives and efficient delivery of features.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Familiar with tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet to manage and track project progress, tasks, and deadlines.Business Process Modelling (BPM) Tools: Proficiency in BPM tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Signavio for creating process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and other visualizations to represent business processes.Contribute to various project tasks, such as requirements documentation, process mapping, and data analysis.Contribute to the implementation of change management processes by supporting the communication and training efforts for new systems and processesUtilize healthcare domain knowledge to identify potential areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to address business challengesFollow established methodologies, best practices, and processes within the organization to ensure consistency and quality of work

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
