If you're looking to make a real difference in the healthcare industry, feeling connected and appreciated in your role, and enjoy working with a team that loves what they do, this is the place for you. **Responsibilities** + Facilitate integration of new medical staff and providers with Premier systems. + Serve as a liaison for providers regarding system access. + Develop training materials for supported technology and systems. + Support billing access for physicians and advance practice providers. + Implement and support access for external facilities. + Assist with new technology implementations and special projects. + Provide troubleshooting support and liaise with IT teams. + Offer round-the-clock support to ensure exceptional customer service. + Manage security and access processes. + Support remote access for clinical system vendors. + Operate both independently and as part of a team. **Requirements** + Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or Associate Degree with 6 years of experience preferred. + Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field. + 5-7 years of related experience, specifically in technical support and training. + Strong understanding of technology to solve business issues. + Proven ability to work on strategic and tactical projects as part of a team. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. + Ability to work with minimum supervision and execute assignments effectively. + Experience with Windows, MacOS, portable devices, and smartphones preferred. + Experience in supporting physician office environments is desirable. **Are you ready to take your IT support skills to the next level in a role that truly matters?
