Experience and Technical Skills:
· 5+ years proven professional experience in I.T. end user support and network administration with increasing responsibilities.
· Support of local area networks, VPN remote access in an MS Windows environment
· Full understanding of MS Active Directory infrastructure and file sharing security
· Experience with all MS 365 office applications, especially Microsoft Outlook and MS Teams, and Office application.
· Good understanding of Mobile Devices with experience supporting them
· Basic Knowledge of networking hardware, cabling, and TCP-IP Networking principles
· The ability to perform basic TCP-IP network troubleshooting
· Proven track record of Network Troubleshooting experience highly desired
· Hands on experience with installing and supporting a wide variety of computing hardware & software
· Demonstrated knowledge of IT Support Troubleshooting
· Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
· System User administration in a client-server environment, trouble-shooting connectivity, and system user authentication issues.
· IT support ticketing system experience desired
· Experience with Digital and VoIP Phone Systems (NEC Univerge SV Series is a plus)
· MS SQL Server Database administrative support experience
· Experience with ERP software, SAGE 500 experience highly desired
· Crystal Reports - report design and modification skills
