JR59840 I4.0 ANALYST, SMART MFG & AI (Quality)

As an Industry 4.0 (I4.0) Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will look into applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 for Smart ManufacturingIdentify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution todayDefine business solution and propose project for implementationLead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teamsProvide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilitiesUse metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

Main initial focus of this position will be to support FE-SMAI for HBM3, which includes:

Deployment of existing FE smart-manufacturing solutions to HBM3 PWF and AssemblyBuild integrated FE/BE smart-manufacturing capabilities (eg. efficiently link data across FE, PWF assembly and test for insights finding / diagnostics and e2e defense line hardening)Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top HBM3 quality issues across front-end, PWF, assembly and test

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality management or Process Equipment Engineering department.Possess strong domain knowledge of fab processes and good understanding of quality systems. Experienced in quality improvement activities.Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.Experience in leading and managing project. Good program or project management skills.Excellent in communication, team work, and collaboration with other departments.Self-motivated
