JR57259 I4.0 ANALYST - SMAI GLOBAL OI (Operation Intelligence)

As a I4.0 Analyst at Micron Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Planning Innovation, you will be working in multidisciplinary projects with co-workers from global sites to develop Smart Manufacturing solution through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive maxout and capex efficiency. You are require constantly learning new front tier technology and creatively apply and deliver solutions to global operations to enable Micron to continue to lead in this competitive landscape.

You will be working with a team of internal customers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists and Data Engineers to support the implementation of AI/ML/DS E2E solutions. 

Responsibility

Partner with manufacturing engineering group to drive AI transformation in Micron, enabling new insights and innovative solutions for Technology acceleration. Conceptualize, Prototype and productize innovative solutions using artificial intelligence, big data to improve/revolutionize Micron manufacturing performance in product cycle time, coverage and system level performance.Participate/Lead End-to-End project teams comprising of Data Scientists, Industry 4.0 analysts, Solution Architects & Data Engineers.Be the expert in data on the semiconductor, translate project requirements to specific available data sources, specify new requirements to Data Architects and Data Engr in Technical solutions team.Work with solution end users to analyze related information to design & define requirements.Provide expert functional and process guidance on system interface and capabilities.Develop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions, propose & prioritize projects for implementation.Facilitates interaction between the Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams in SMAI and identified customer groups to collect, organize, document, and communicate Project Related information to include scope, requirements, necessary skills, and other project related information during the initiation, planning, execution, and project closure periods.Facilitates group conversations to break large requirements down into individual tasks and user stories for successful execution of selected projects on the SMAI roadmap.

Requirement

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Industrial Engineering related fieldPassion in AI and Smart Manufacturing solutions. Experience in delivering system solutions to Strong domain knowledge of one or more fab processes, systems, and solutions in the semiconductor industry and product knowledge of DRAM & NAND would be advantageous.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Superb Communication skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Prior knowledge in data science is preferred but not a pre-requisite.Results oriented, with a growth mindset and strong dedication to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Ability to build good interpersonal relationships, influence and manage stakeholders.Experience in the following technologies: Python, GCP, MS SQL, Web development  is a plus.Provide domain insights into available data, identify gaps in existing data set, collaborate with data scientists to apply various AI techniques in providing technical solutions.
