Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an IA Mission Support Lead - Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical support services program for a federal organization responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure, enhancing national security, and coordinating efforts to protect against evolving threats. The program will provide high level support to their Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff, and International Affairs subdivision with focus on program and project performance analysis, planning, technical subject matter expertise, and development of information products, as well as administrative services, including SharePoint and Office 365 support.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
ResponsibilitiesReviews and edits large technical reports, studies, and written materials for clarity, grammar, and adherence to DHS, CISA, SED, and other relevant style guides, providing feedback to authors.
Compiles and prepares correspondence, briefing materials, talking points, and reports for review and approval by International Affairs staff.
Supports the tracking, consolidation, and adjudication of comments on written recommendations and materials produced by International Affairs.
Manages travel arrangements, schedules, and related services for International Affairs staff, ensuring compliance with CISA travel systems and security requirements.
Coordinates, plans, and executes internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda development, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Maintains accurate administrative records, including task tracking, scheduling, and managing compliance with records management policies.
Provides technical expertise in SPO, MS Office 365, and ServiceNow, supporting International Affairs staff with knowledge management tasks and content organization.
Assists in the development and execution of international policies, initiatives, and strategic plans to support the objectives of DHS, CISA, and International Affairs.
Maintains stakeholder contact information and engagement history, ensuring accurate data entry into the appropriate databases and tools.
Conducts research, prepares reports, and provides analytical support for various International Affairs projects, including policy development and cooperative initiatives.
QualificationsClearance Required: DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust)
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in a business-related field.
10+ years of experience with a contract of similar scope and value.Required Skills:
Expertise in editing technical documents for clarity and style compliance.
Strong skills in organizing meetings, events, and travel logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, SPO, and ServiceNow for content management.
Ability to manage stakeholder contact information and engagement history.
Skilled in research and supporting policy development and implementation.
