Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an IA SME Support - Senior Project Analyst to lead a critical support services program for a federal organization responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure, enhancing national security, and coordinating efforts to protect against evolving threats.  The program will provide high level support to their Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff, and International Affairs subdivision with focus on program and project performance analysis, planning, technical subject matter expertise, and development of information products, as well as administrative services, including SharePoint and Office 365 support.

 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Analyzes mission requirements, defines project scope, and provides strategic advice to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Develops and maintains detailed project plans to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Oversees all deliverables and ensures they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Tracks and manages all action items to ensure progress and completion within established timelines.

Conducts weekly reviews of project plans to update and adjust based on progress, priorities, or changes in requirements.

Identifies and addresses any issues or conflicts within the team that could affect performance or productivity.

Works with the Contractor Program Manager/SME or Project Manager/SME to backfill team absences and minimize service disruptions.

Communicates regularly with the team to ensure clear understanding of project expectations, roles, and responsibilities.

Fosters a collaborative environment and ensure that all team members are aligned with the project goals and deadlines.

Provides leadership and guidance to ensure the successful completion of all assigned projects. 

The Senior Managers/Team Leads shall be available to the federal program leads via telephone between the hours of 0830 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within four hours of notification. Qualifications

Clearance Required: DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust)

 

Degree and Years of Experience: Master of Arts or Master of Science (MA/MS) degree in a business-related field.

10+ years of experience with a contract of similar scope and value. 

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Expertise in project planning and execution.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Must be able to work on high-visibility and/or mission critical aspects of the position and perform all functional duties independently.

Must be able to oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
