Are you someone with technical support experience or experience working in Identity and Access Management looking to join an enterprise organization that is a technology driven employer, then this opportunity is for you? We are seeking an IAM Analyst to join our team to provide outstanding support within an organization of over 20,000 users across North America. This position is responsible for all onboarding, offboarding, account creation and provisioning, role-based access and the monitoring of automated security processes to ensure they executed as planned. This person needs to be able to follow directions and have a strong discipline that when in doubt ask questions versus acting on guesses or assumptions. On this team of 4 IAM analysts this person will work with technologies including but not limited to: Active Directory, Windows 10, Google GSuite, Okta, etc. IAM Analysts should be reliable, trustworthy, be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment without direct manager supervision day to day. In this role you will not be answering phone calls, resolving technical issues over the phone, or making outbound calls to users. Any ticket you touch that needs follow up will be reassigned to the Service Desk. You will work from a list of tickets requesting access related to all new hires and terminations across this large organization. This is an awesome company with a great leadership team.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 1 year experience in an enterprise service desk, technical support or IAM roleMust be able to demonstrate a huge passion for information securityExperience using a ticketing system to documenting work in each ticket in a detailed wayMust be extremely motivated, possess "Go Getter" attitude, and be able to work a high sense of urgency and attention to detailExperience using Active Directory and ability to reset passwords, add/delete users as well as understand distribution lists and groupsAbility to learn quickly and followed specific, detailed directions, accuratelyMust be responsible, driven, trustworthy, reliable, and able to work effectively without heavy managerial supervisionMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsBe proactive, mature and possess a strong sense of initiative and good judgement
