Position: IAM Analyst
Contract: Through the end of the year + extensions (long-term)
Location: Onsite or Remote (Preference for Des Moines, IA)
Pay Rate: $45-$50/HR W2 (Benefits Offered - Medical, Vision, Dental)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with a strong background in SailPoint (or similar IAM solutions), Active Directory, and role-based access control (RBAC/ABAC). This role requires both technical expertise and business analysis skills to collaborate with application owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless identity and access management operations.

Job Description:
The IAM Analyst will provide technical and analytical support for internal and external customers, assisting in the creation, maintenance, and analysis of IAM processes. This role involves regular collaboration with business partners to educate them on IAM principles and work jointly to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures.Ensure appropriate user access by working with the IAM team and application, role, and data owners.Participate in IAM project planning, execution, and enhancement initiatives.Conduct daily health checks for provisioning failures and data corrections within IAM solutions.Maintain IAM program documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.Conduct IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.Provide support and guidance to business stakeholders regarding IAM best practices.Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).Strong understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning.Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA.Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with IAM solutions, especially SailPoint.Expertise in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) models.Strong data analytics skills, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel to analyze patterns and identify areas for improvement.Additional Notes:The ideal candidate has a technical IAM background, particularly with SailPoint, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA.We are looking for IAM analysts with business analysis experience, particularly those who have worked closely with application and role owners.This role requires engagement with the business and IT application owners, making strong customer service and stakeholder management skills essential.
