 Join a dynamic insurance organization headquartered in downtown Omaha, NE, as a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Identity Governance and Administration to improve and mature the company's IAM practices while collaborating on exciting integration projects. 
Responsibilities: Administer and develop projects related to IAM, automation, and reportingCollaborate with internal customers, product owners, and external partners to understand access requirements and build IAM solutionsEngineer and code IAM technology and workflow implementationsLead, mentor, and serve as a technology expert within the Production Automation team  Qualifications and Requirements:
Required: 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) software and systemsIdentity Governance and Administration (IGA) experienceExperience with Cloud IAM practicesUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing and code reviewSolid programming knowledge in one or more languagesExperience with SailPoint or similar platforms
 Preferred:Experience working in an Agile environmentBasic knowledge of ITIL and related IT conceptsFamiliarity with DevOps concepts and methodsUnderstanding of infrastructure department processes and procedures
