IAM Consultant (Identity & Access Management, PCI DSS Compliance)
CTG is seeking to fill a IAM Consultant (Identity & Access Management, PCI DSS Compliance) opening for our client in Texas. Location: Remote Duration: 5 months Duties: Provide consulting expertise on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure access control across systems and networks. Work with clients to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that follow industry best practices and standards. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards, including securing sensitive payment information and performing access controls audits. Review and analyze IAM architecture and assist in optimizing access control policies, systems, and applications. Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Support clients in integrating IAM solutions with other security tools and infrastructure. Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities related to IAM processes and policies. Provide training and guidance to clients on IAM best practices and solutions. Skills: Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including configuration, implementation, and optimization. Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements and implementation strategies. Proficient in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Experience with security tools and solutions related to IAM, including governance, risk management, and compliance tools. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and mitigate security risks associated with identity management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience: 5-9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting or related fields. Demonstrated experience working with PCI DSS standards and ensuring compliance. Proven track record in delivering IAM solutions for enterprise-level clients. Prior experience in conducting IAM security assessments and audits. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM-related certifications (desired). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
