We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Position Summary** The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is looking for the IAM Data Architect/Sr. Engineer to implement the next-generation Identity solution for the enterprise users. **Required Qualifications** Overall 12+ years of hands-on working experience in data engineering and architecture. The person must understand and gather business requirements, translate them to technical requirements and design the solution to meet the tactical and strategic approaches. The person must be able to create the architectural patterns and solution design documents. A hands-on technical experience is required to conduct the POC and solution design in a development environment. Must have the ability to lead the discussion with various people, including business, engineering, and operation teams. Data Engineering space: (10+ years) Must have expertise of designing LDAP directory schema and data modelling. Working experience of LDAP protocol and Active Directory. Must have REST APIs and data mapping knowledge Good knowledge of open protocol such as SCIM, LDAP, etc. Data design of cloud and on-premises systems including Azure AD, GCP, Salesforce, etc. Working knowledge of ETL tool such as Talend. Working knowledge of reporting tool such as Tableau. Security knowledge of various technology - OAuth 2.0, PKI, encryption technology, key management, etc. Integration: (5+ years) Must have experience in integrating with different data stores (LDAP, SQL, NoSQL, REST, etc.) and business systems for data sync & management. Integration with cloud and on-premises systems, including Azure AD, GCP, Salesforce, etc. Development experience (3+ years): Working knowledge of Java, Python and other programming languages. Must have REST API and JSON working experience. Working knowledge of some of the products is required. Ping Directory, ForgeRock Directory, Radiant Logic Directory, Neo4J graph database, MongoDB, Cloud databases, Azure or GCP DataBricks, etc. **Preferred Qualifications** Should have knowledge of Graph database and GraphQL language Should have some development experience for building POC and prototype. Should be able to design and develop system components such as data sync module, reporting, data transformation, etc. **Education** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
