Job Title: CIAM Manager Location: REMOTE Pay Rate: Open/Negotiable Position Type: Multiyear Contract Responsibilities + Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors + Manage performance by setting clear goals and expectations + Recognize outstanding performance, builds strong relationships with team members and departments + Ensure team compliance with policies, security and training + Manage project plans, timelines and leads change management in a SAFe agile environment + Manage the delivery of new features, enhancements, and software releases + Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues + Track project performance and generate reports and applies agile disciplines to improve efficiency and effectiveness + Maintain regular communication and clear reporting with senior and executive stakeholders + Expert in software development life cycle. + Manage best practices for development and deployment process of an Azure DevSecOps environment + Responsible for managing and coordinating the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely releases of software. + Work with engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications + Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within various portfolios across different teams and projects + Construct a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases.
