IAM SailPoint Engineer

Coming from agile methodology background (be able to discuss practices, sprint times, etc.) Description The IAM Engineer I is responsible for supporting IAM solutions for the following: end user provisioning, certifications, authentication management and privilege access management. This role will be expected to make daily operational decisions with guidance from leadership and other engineers. Day-to-day operations will involve Identity Access management development commonly in Java and PowerShell, Credential and Access Management product support and maintenance commonly in GUI with some PowerShell scripting. Basic understanding of API connections will be helpful in solution-oriented discussions. Additional daily responsibilities will involve ticket queue and incident management, SLA adherence, providing audit artifacts, and routine on-call rotations for after-hours support.
