We are looking for you, if you have:

experience working with processes and standards related to Identity and Access Management,ability to understand and read policies, processes and standards and apply them in daily work,ability to analyze reported issues, troubleshoot them, identify gaps and propose solutions,experience with providing customer support in IAM and / or IT,basic knowledge of risk concepts, risk management, compliance driven mindset,ability to write documentation, communication and knowledge articles in English.

You will get extra points for:

experience with risk control evidencing, experience with coordinating small / medium projects,good knowledge of Excel or other tools for data analysis,very good communication skills in English,excellent team player - persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn,commitment, accuracy, independence, ability and willingness to learn quickly.

Your key responsibilities

supporting end users with maintaining IAM, managing authorization models and resolving access issues,providing consultations & support in global IAM programs & projects,maintaining and / or supporting IAM processes and operations,delivering IAM related trainings, consultations, attending & leading workshops,maintaining IAM data in global IAM tools, i.e. performing data clean-ups, updates,supporting other team operations.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”
