1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing-related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
Ensure data integrity standards are met.
2. Solution Design and Support:
Plan, develop, execute, maintain, and improve functional testing and test scripts for web and database applications.
Understand IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) technologies such as SailPoint, IDPP, GIAM, and Identity Bridge.
Proven experience in writing manual and automated test scripts using JavaScript and Selenium.
3. Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
Accurately report and track testing-related defects and issues by writing effective and thorough bug reports and verifying bug fixes.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Demonstrate strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between business units, security teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on My Access Portal Programme strategies and other ongoing projects.
Facilitate internal workshops and meetings to drive clarity on requirements and implementation plans.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Ability to grasp processes and templates.
Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases for My Access Portal Programme initiatives.
Develop and present reports on performance, report blockers on time, and liaise with different teams for resolution.
6. Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality assurance across the project lifecycle.
Ensure solutions' effectiveness through systematic verification, testing, and validation to meet both technical and business specifications.
7. Compliance and Governance:
Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in audits, risk assessments, and incident response related to IGA technologies.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Manual/Automation tester.
Technical Proficiency:
Understanding of APIs and integration methods for My Access Portal Programme systems.
Analytical and Documentation Skills:
Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Project Management Acumen:
In-depth understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of Tools and Technologies:
Jira, Confluence.
Cybersecurity Group Project-Specific Requirements:
Experience with Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) concept.
Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Experience in using analytics and reporting tools to drive insights and support data-driven decisions.
Cybersecurity Group Project-Specific Requirements:
Experience with SailPoint.
Experience implementing Preventative Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks.
