Required Technical and Project Specific Skill:

ü 4-5 years of hands on experience in IBM BPM

ü Good knowledge of Java/J2EE and SOA.

ü Should have ability to define the solution architecture looking at the overall requirements of program. 

ü Should have ability to design the solution from the requirements.

ü Should have ability to lead the technical discussions with client and with the team.

ü Should have good analytical, problem solving, communication and comprehension skills

ü Exposure to agile would be preferred.
