However, Dallas, TX and Cleveland, OH are also acceptable work locations. CGI is seeking an experienced IBM (PEM) Partner Engagement Manager Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and implementing solutions using IBM Project and Enterprise Management (PEM) tools, enhancing our project management capabilities and ensuring alignment with business objectives. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM PEM Partner Engagement Manager tools, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEM solutions with existing systems and processes. • Customization: Customize and configure IBM PEM applications to optimize functionality and improve user experience. • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PEM applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. • Training: Assist in training end-users on the effective use of IBM PEM tools and best practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value. • Work across functions (development / testing, deployment, systems / infrastructure) and project teams to ensure quality and speed across enterprise systems • Automate wherever feasible / practical • Pro-actively communicate with Organization technology partners and sister teams • Pro-actively seek opportunities to implement improvements to internal processes • Review requirements and other technical documentation • Jenkins Pipeline DSL experience **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • BS in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education • focus on IBM PEM tools and methodologies. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. • Experience with IBM PEM tools, including IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and IBM Planning Analytics. • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP). • Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. • Experience with large scale program analysis/design/development • Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies. • Experience with system integration project • Conducts user testing and reporting on the outcomes • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD and CT) and supporting tech stack • Extensive knowledge of coding languages. • Experience with Databases • Ability to work well with and collaborate with others, leading/coaching/mentoring teams • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and passionate about learning and working with the latest technologies with effective communication skills • Professional experience on Build, Deploy and Release Engineering and Software Configuration management (SCM). • Knowledge of scripting technologies to automate our support activities • DevOps, continuous integration / delivery principals and tools (for example, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, IBM uDeploy, etc.) • Working knowledge of high standard industry tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift. • Advanced troubleshooting skills \#LI-KW1 \#DICE ​​​​​​CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
