We are looking for an experienced IBM TRIRIGA Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the TRIRIGA environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, software updates, and ensuring the overall health of the TRIRIGA platform. This role requires expertise in database management, application server configuration, performance tuning, and integrations Key Responsibilities: * Administer, configure, and maintain IBM TRIRIGA to ensure optimal performance and availability. * Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues related to TRIRIGA. * Manage system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes to keep the platform up to date. * Optimize database performance, write SQL queries, and troubleshoot Db2, Oracle, or SQL Server databases. * Configure and maintain application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat) for TRIRIGA deployment. * Set up and manage user roles, security settings, authentication (LDAP, SSO, Active Directory). * Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts, and implement proactive maintenance measures. * Work on TRIRIGA integrations with enterprise applications like IBM Maximo, SAP, or third-party systems. * Utilize REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange and automation. * Develop and maintain scripts (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation and system tasks. * Ensure compliance with security best practices, data integrity, and audit requirements. * Collaborate with IBM support teams to troubleshoot and resolve APARs and support tickets. * Support cloud deployments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) or on-premises infrastructure. **Required technical and professional expertise** '------------------------- * 4+ years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA administration and maintenance. * Strong knowledge of TRIRIGA architecture, workflows, forms, and business rules. * Hands-on experience with databases (Db2, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). * Expertise in managing application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat). * Experience with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. * Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration with enterprise systems. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus. * Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzing server and application logs. * Understanding of security frameworks, authentication mechanisms, and compliance standards. * Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * IBM TRIRIGA certification is a plus. * Experience working in large enterprise environments. * Knowledge of IBM Maximo, SAP, or similar enterprise asset management systems. * Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
