Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBMi platform * Create and maintain modular, scalable, and efficient RPG programs using RPG ILE and peripheral programs/APIs * Work with SQL and Embedded SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and database maintenance * Communicate effectively with management, peers, business analysts and SQA team members * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization * Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and best practices
